Our Story
Founded in 2022 by Dianne Perry and Mike Williams, Perry Williams Ltd. brings together decades of experience in the telecoms sector. We are passionate about delivering successful outcomes for our clients and building long-lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect.

Our Team
Dianne is a Chartered Planner (MRTPI) and Associate (RICS) member with over 20 years of experience in mobile comms across supply-side companies. She founded Tweed Development Planning Ltd in 2014 before joining Mike in Perry Williams Ltd. Dianne has worked in both the private and public sectors and is experienced in a wide range of sectors including residential, office and employment land.

Mike has 20 years of experience in mobile comms with time spent as both a surveyor and project manager across operator, vendor and supply side companies. He co-founded Williams UK Estates Ltd before joining Dianne in Perry Williams Ltd and specialises in NTQ matters & HoTs negotiations.

Sian has worked as an Acquisition Surveyor in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years. During that time, Sian largely worked on behalf of the major operators. With a keen eye for detail, Sian has experience with new acquisitions, Upgrades and Estate work.

Janet previously worked in property-related businesses before moving into telecoms in 2013. Initially, supporting an acquisition team with a later move to build support has given her an insight into the differing elements required within the industry.
